During my time on the server, I saw people breaking the rules while mods weren't online or staff wasn't there and stuff like that im pretty active and actually just want to help out the server you know, i’ve been on the server for a pretty short time but the time was worth it. Why would we want you on our staff team? (In Detail):I want to be a part of the staff team because I want to help out the people in need of help that make tickets and do not make tickets and generally i could also help the people who don't make tickets just being there for the people that need help on the server. and just make them follow the rules and have fun, enjoying their time playing around. Helping out with the people by dealing with those that break the rules, and just being there for Visionroleplay Community. Roughly how many hours could you play weekly?: Atleast 50. Do you have any previous experience with moderation on Garry's Mod?: Yes, i've been on a few server for example IFN - HA EGM(Which is a german server) Senior Moderator.ETC... THE LIST IS TOO LONG SORRY. Situational Questions : CT-0420 Tony has been reported for minging and RDM. What would you do to find out if he is doing so? (In Detail): I would first of all I would bring it to an staff sit, and then ask the person who reported the CT Tony, if he got evidence that the CT was RDM'ing without a reason or if he was not in a Sim Room. And if he does not have evidence I would spectate the CT for a while to find out if he does it again. You catch a user RDMing somebody, what punishment would you give to that person? (In Detail):So first of all I'll try to get Shock on him and arrest him for breaking the Golden rule. After that I would make a staff sit to tell him not to do it again Verbal warning if he does it again I would jail him for a few Minutes. And if he does it again after my warning and jail, I would ban him for RDM,NITRP. You see another member of staff abusing their powers, what would you do in this situation? (In Detail): I would take a video of him doing that, And then asap tell him to stop doing that because its bad for the staff team, if people are abusing their powers as Staff.And then take it to an Higher up to take over the Situation.(I was thinking as a Trial mod in this situation and the he would be a mod.)
