The knowledge I've gathered over time really allows me to make events where I can take the most out of regiments specialisations, giving them all a meaningful job and making sure everyone gets to do what they are best at and probably were looking for when joining the specific regiment. I know how to keep people from being bored even while I am setting up and having everyone be able to enjoy it. I've also learned how to create good story lines and actually making sure everyone feels like their performance had an impact.  Why do you wish to become an Event Manager?: I enjoy the server a lot and I want to help keep it going. I have been event planner on pretty much all the server I have played on for a longer time pretty much ever since my first event planner experiences. I love making events and there is nothing better than being able to execute a plan for an event and seeing people enjoy it. That is what makes me happy knowing I was able to make a enjoyable experience for everyone.  What makes a good event?: I'll make a list for this one - Players enjoy it - People don't get bored - Everyone gets to participate - Roleplay and action are both implemented - Players actions matter Do you have any previous experience creating and managing events? I've been an event planner on a load of servers being the head ep on a few and just a regular ep on the rest.
